I highly recommend Key Roofing. After Hurricane Ian they took care of our roofing needs. Zack Julian’s assistance through the entire process was incredibly helpful. The crew who did the work were friendly, professional and hardworking. The roof came off and was dried in in one day and the new one back on the day after passing inspection. I was especially impressed by how well the crew cleaned up at the close of each day. There were no shingles, nails or debris left behind (unlike our last experience with another company). My husband and I were favorably impressed with everyone we dealt with at Key Roofing and we commend them to anyone with roofing needs.

Christian was awesome. These guys were in and out in one day. Cleaned up everything, you wouldn't even know they were here and the new roof looks fantastic!

We called and received a roof inspection and assessment that was needed from heavy shingle losses occuring over the last few years. We had a contract for a new roof in less than a week - in spite of the fact that most of their crews are tied up from the big storm damage. Christian was up front on their ability to do the work and gave us estimates as to when work would be done. An opening in schedules allowed our roof to be finished less than three weeks from contract. Christian and team provided a superb product at a less than expected cost and provided a very professional service. Awesome product and service!

Great sales pitch, great to communicate during sales process.
Seems like they hire subs to do the actual job.
Had garbage sitting on my yard for a few days no one came to pick up had to send out a few emails, left-over material sat in the front for weeks.
If you do hire them, carefully inspect all the work before they get paid, it's very hard to get them to do anything else once the subs leave, just now discovering fascia boards in bad shape that should have been changed, not sure if every homeowner is expected to get up on a ladder and inspect the work from a pro.

We just had our roof replaced after the hurricane and Zach from Key Roofing was excellent. Responsive, professional, On-time. Roof was done within two weeks of contract being signed and when the inspector came to certify our roof he commented on how well done the job was. Highly recommend this company and Zach!

Key Roofing actually came recommend by a friend. It took two attempts to get someone to come out for an estimate on roof repairs from hurricane Ian. Sterling came out and assessed the damaged and gave us a price I was happy with. He stated he would have an estimate in writing within 48 hours. No estimate came, then said by the "end of the weekend". No estimate came. Then said, "by sometime the following week". Welp, never received an estimate, this was over a month ago. Completely ghosted me. If you are not interested in doing a job, then don't waste my time. Moreover, the persistent lack of follow through with blanket promises. Extremely poor and unprofessional communication.

The snake oil salesman came to give estimate for our roof and acted like he was high on coke or coffee and told us “we absolutely needed a new roof
Our roof was as mess “
After this we fad two other roofers and 2 independent hone inspections and they ALL said “ 8 tiles need fixing and absolutely we do NOT need a new roof’
They said Key roofer Cory if that’s Hua real name was a shiester and should be not working for all of his conning !!!
Despicable company Beware

Twelve days prior to the devastating hurricane that hit the west coast of Florida, I contracted Key Roofing to do a repair on my roof and attached Lanai. Then we got hit and every roofing company in the entire state of Florida was in high demand.
Andrew, one of the owners of Key Roofing was a man of his word. With hundreds of people begging for his professional help, he still managed to start and complete my job on time.
Thomas was my installer. It was a pleasure working with him. He took my job just as seriously as some of the more damaged homes in Florida.
I highly recommend Key Roofing and if I’m ever in a situation again that I need roof repair, they will be the first I call.
